In accordance with Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure
and Transparency Rules, the Company was informed on 19 April 2007, by certain
directors of the Company, of the following interests in the issued voting share
capital of the Company:

*John Wisbey is interested in a personal capacity in 710,000 ordinary shares in
IDOX representing 0.36% of the current issued share capital. John Wisbey also
holds interests in IDOX through the shareholdings of Advanced Technology Trust
and Lombard Risk Management plc ('LRM') which hold respectively 11,266,666 and
5,601,546 shares. John Wisbey is a beneficiary of Advanced Technology Trust and
a director and significant shareholder of LRM.
