                             Director Shareholding




The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification from Richard
Kellett-Clarke, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the
Company, on 23 October 2007 that he bought 1,000,000 ordinary shares in IDOX on
23 October 2007 at 10.75 pence.


Richard Kellett-Clarke purchased these shares in personal capacity. He is now
interested in a personal capacity in 3,066,667 ordinary shares in IDOX, of which
1,466,667 are held through a SIPP, and indirectly holds a total of 1,200,000
shares through certain members of his family and a family trust.


Following this purchase Richard Kellett-Clarke is interested in a total of
4,266,667 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 1.2% of the current issued share
capital.


The issued share capital of the Company is 341,927,567 ordinary shares of 1
pence per share.
