                             Director Shareholding


The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification form Rt. Hon. Peter
Lilley MP, Non-Executive Director of the Company, on 23 October 2007 that he
bought 150,000 ordinary shares in IDOX at 11.5 pence.

Following this purchase Rt. Hon. Peter Lilley MP is interested, in personal
capacity, in a total of 513,000 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 0.15% of
the current issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 341,927,567 ordinary shares of 1
pence per share.
