The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification from Steve Ainsworth,
Chief Executive Officer of the Company, on 24 October 2007 that he bought
204,463 ordinary shares in IDOX at 12.50 pence.


Steve Ainsworth purchased these shares through a Self Invested Pension Plans
(SIPP). Following this purchase Steve Ainsworth is interested in a total of
1,271,130 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 0.37% of the current issued share
capital.


The issued share capital of the Company is 341,927,567 ordinary shares of 1
pence per share.
