Director Shareholding
The Board of IDOX announces that on 10 October 2008 it received notification from Richard Kellett-Clarke, Chief Executive Officer, that he bought 1,000,000 ordinary shares in IDOX on 10 October 2008 at 9.125 pence.
Richard Kellett-Clarke purchased these shares in his own name and his wife's name. He is now interested in 5,484,848 ordinary shares in IDOX, of which 1,466,667 are held through a SIPP, and 1,200,000 ordinary shares are held indirectly through certain members of his family and a family trust. Following this purchase Richard Kellett-Clarke is interested in a total of 5,484,848 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 1.59% of the current issued share capital.
The issued share capital of the Company is 344,158,336 ordinary shares of 1 pence per share.
