The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification from Richard Kellett-Clarke, Chief Executive Officer, on 19 October 2010 that he bought 150,000 ordinary shares in IDOX on 18 October 2010 at an average price of 12.0 pence.

Richard Kellett-Clarke purchased these shares in his own name. He is now interested in 5,634,848 ordinary shares in IDOX, of which 1,616,667 are held through a SIPP, and a further 1,200,000 shares through certain members of his family and a family trust. Following this purchase Richard Kellett-Clarke is interested in a total of 5,634,848 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 1.64% of the current issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 344,158,336 ordinary shares of 1 pence per share.
