The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification from Christopher Wright, non-executive director, on 22 October 2010 that he bought 210,000 ordinary shares in IDOX on 21 October 2010 at a price of 12.4 pence.

Christopher Wright purchased these shares in his own name. He is now interested in 912,222 ordinary shares in IDOX representing 0.27% of the current issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 344,158,336 ordinary shares of 1 pence per share.
