The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification on 12 December 2006
that Peter Lilley, Non-Executive Director, acquired, on 12 December 2006,
200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 5.00p per share.
Peter Lilley is now interested in a personal capacity in 363,000 ordinary shares
in IDOX representing 0.19% of the current issued share capital.





The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1p per share.
