Director's Dealings
On 9 April 2004, Mr Tim Bowen, a Director of the Company, transferred 436,500
ordinary shares in the Company from a holding in his own name, to a nominee
account for his Self Invested Pension Plan, at a price of 9 pence per share
representing a holding of 0.28% of the entire issued share capital of IDOX.
This represents 18.98% of Mr Bowen's entire personal shareholding in the
Company. Mr Bowen's beneficial interest in the company did not change as a
result of the transaction.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in
the Company.
