Director Shareholding
The Board of IDOX announces that it received notification today that Martin
Brooks, a non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 186,046 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 10.75p per share on 12 April 2005. Martin
Brooks' total shareholding in the company is 186,046 shares, representing 0.1%
of the current issued share capital.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1p per share.
