Director Retirement
Idox announces the retirement of Christopher Wright as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from the AGM. Christopher, who joined the Company in 2000 has chaired the Remuneration Committee for the past seven years and before that the Audit Committee. The Board of Idox offers its thanks to Christopher for the considerable contribution he has made to the growth of the Company and wishes him success in his other continuing business interests.
Martin Brooks, Chairman of Idox, commented, "I have worked closely with Christopher since I joined the Company in 2005 and we have all benefitted greatly from his knowledge of the international financial markets and his business acumen. His level headed approach, especially with regards to Idox's growth strategy, has helped shape the Company and surpass many of its milestones."
Christopher Wright, added, "Having reached a normal juncture per the UK Combined Code, it is appropriate now for me to step-down from the Company's board at the AGM. I look back with pride in seeing IDOX achieve a greater than 20-fold rise in its value during the period in which I have had the privilege to serve as a director. I wish the management team and the continuing board every success in taking the business further forward."
