Board change
IDOX plc (IDOX), the information and knowledge management group, announces that
Tim Bowen has resigned with immediate effect from the position as Chief
Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer to pursue other opportunities. He
also resigns as a director of the company with effect from 11th January 2005. He
will continue to work with the company to effect a smooth transition until the
spring. His responsibilities will be assumed by John McNicol, the current
Financial Controller and Company Secretary and Andrew Fraser, Chief Executive,
until a suitable replacement is appointed.
Andrew Fraser, Chief Executive of IDOX, said:
'Tim has been with IDOX for nearly five years during which he has made a major
contribution to the development and growth of the business organically and
through acquisition. Tim's enthusiasm and work ethic have had a very positive
