Appointment of Martin Brooks as Chairman
IDOX plc, the information and knowledge management group, is pleased to announce
that Martin Brooks will assume the position of Chairman of IDOX as previously
reported with effect from 30 April 2005. John Wisbey, the outgoing Chairman,
remains on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Martin Brooks commented:
