DIRECTORS' DEALINGS
The Company announces that it was notified today that the following directors
had acquired ordinary shares in the Company as follows:
1. Mr Andrew Fraser, Chief Executive Officer of the Company,
today purchased 33,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 11.75p each.
Mr Fraser's interest in the share capital of the Company has increased from
14,655,300 shares to 14,688,300 shares and his holding now represents 9.56% of
the issued share capital of the Company.
2. The Rt Hon Peter Lilley MP, Non-Executive Director of the
Company, today purchased 33,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
11.75p each representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company. This
represents Mr Lilley's entire shareholding in the Company.
3. Mr Tim Bowen, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating
Officer of the Company, today purchased 34,000 ordinary shares in the Company at
a price of 11.75p each. Mr Bowen's interest in the share capital of the Company
has increased from 2,300,000 shares to 2,334,000 shares and his holding now
represents 1.51% of the issued share capital of the Company. These ordinary
shares will be held in a nominee account for his Self Invested Pension Plan.
The percentage figures above have been calculated on the basis of the issued
share capital of the Company as of today. This is prior to the admission to AIM
of the new ordinary shares in respect of the additional listings announced
today.
The shares referred to in the announcement are the issued ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company.
