Holding in Company
The Board of the Company announces that they received formal notification on 14
May 2004 that, following the completion of the placing of new ordinary shares in
connection with the acquisition of TFPL Ltd, announced on 10 May 2004, TriVest
VCT plc are now interested in 6,366,667 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company representing 3.497% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The holding of TriVest VCT plc prior to the placing was 4,166,667 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company. The ordinary shares above were subscribed for
at the placing price of 10p per share.
