IDOX received notice on 21 March 2007 in accordance with the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules that TriVest VCT plc has a notifiable interest in 6,366,667
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, being 3.26% of the issued ordinary
share capital of IDOX.
