Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Idox plc (AIM: IDOX) (the "Company"), a leading supplier of specialist information management solutions through its two major divisions, Public Sector Software and Engineering Information Management, announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at Adam House, 7-10 Adam Street, London, WC2N 6AA on 26 February 2015 at 10.00 a.m.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 October 2014 and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted today to those shareholders who have requested hard copies. Electronic copies will be made available on the Company's website at www.idoxplc.com.
