IDOX plc
On 21 September 2004, IDOX plc ('IDOX') received notification that Lombard Risk
Management plc ('LRM') had acquired 2,633,334 ordinary shares of 1p each in IDOX
from Advanced Technology Trust at a purchase price of 12p per share. Following
this transaction, the holding of LRM in IDOX has increased to 5,601,546 ordinary
shares representing 3.08% of the issued share capital of IDOX and the holding of
Advanced Technology Trust has decreased to 11,316,666 ordinary shares which
represents 6.22% of the issued share capital of IDOX. John Wisbey, Non-Executive
Chairman of IDOX, is a director and significant shareholder of LRM and a
beneficiary of Advanced Technology Trust. The beneficial interest of John Wisbey
in IDOX remains unchanged at 16,918,212 ordinary shares representing 9.29% of
the issued share capital of IDOX.
