IDOX plc ('IDOX' or the 'Company')
Payment of dividend
Further to the announcement made earlier today of the Company's Final Results
for the year ended 31 October 2007, the board of IDOX confirms that the proposed
dividend of 0.1p per ordinary share will, subject to approval of shareholders at
the Annual General Meeting, be paid to shareholders on the register on the date
of the Annual General Meeting.
The date of the Annual General Meeting has not yet been announced but is
expected to be on or around Thursday 28 February 2008. Accordingly the dividend
of 0.1p per ordinary share is expected to be paid on Friday 4 April 2008 to
shareholders on the register on Friday 29 February 2008. Shareholders will be
notified of any changes to the above dates.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1p per share.
