Share Repurchase Programme and Close Period
Pursuant to the authority given to IDOX by shareholders, the Company announces that in order to be able to buy back shares during the Company's close period, it has entered into an irrevocable, non -discretionary programme with finnCap Limited, the Company's joint broker, to purchase shares to be held in treasury up to a maximum value, in aggregate, of £0.8m. The number of shares acquired shall not exceed 38,673,352, being the number of options outstanding less shares currently held in treasury. The non-discretionary buy-back program shall operate for the duration of the Company's close period which commenced on 1 May 2011 and ends 16 June 2011.
Any acquisitions will be effected within certain pre-set parameters, and in accordance with the Company's general authority to repurchase shares.
