Purchase of Own Shares
Pursuant to the general authority given to the Company by shareholders and under the share repurchase program announced on 22 April 2010, the Company announces that it purchased a total of 900,000 of its own ordinary shares to be held in treasury on 25 and 26 May 2010 at a price of 11 pence per share.
This represents 0.26 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
Following this purchase, 3,388,000 shares are held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in IDOX plc is 340,770,336.
