Notice of Annual General Meeting

iEnergizer Limited (AIM: IBPO.L), an international and full service BPO business, is pleased to advise that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at Mont Crevelt House, Bulwer Avenue, St Sampson, Guernsey, GY2 4LH on 24 September 2012 at 11.00 am.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ending 31 March 2012 and Notice of Meeting will be dispatched to all shareholders on or before 3 September 2012.
