INTERNATIONAL GREETINGS PLC
ADDITIONAL LISTING
International Greetings PLC (the 'Company') has today applied for the admission
to AIM ('Admission') of 17,102 new ordinary shares, which are being issued
pursuant to the exercise of options to subscribe new ordinary shares at 77p per
share.
The Company has also been notified today that IG Employee Share Trustee Limited,
acting as trustees of the International Greetings PLC All Employee Share
Ownership Plan (the 'Plan'), has purchased all of the 17,102 new ordinary shares
at 309p per share. Following this purchase, the Plan holds 184,999 ordinary
shares in the Company.
The Directors of International Greetings PLC in their capacity as members of the
class of beneficiaries, and N. Fisher, M. Collini and S.A. Hedlund, in their
capacity as trustees of the Plan, are deemed to have a non-beneficial interest
in these ordinary shares.
