APPOINTMENT OF NOMINATED ADVISER and ADDITIONAL LISTING
The Company announces that Arbuthnot Securities Limited has been appointed
Nominated Adviser, in addition to its continuing role as stockbroker, with
immediate effect.
The Company further announces that, pursuant to the exercise of options over
170,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Shares') at £0.7666 per
share, application has been made for the admission of these Shares to the
Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. Upon admission the
Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and it
is expected that dealings will commence on 30 April 2003.
