Director Shareholding

International Greetings PLC (the 'Company') has been informed of the following
directors' dealings.

On 1 June 2005, P Fineman was gifted, by a family member, 576,493 ordinary
shares.

Following this gift, Mr Fineman's resultant interest in the Company's shares is
3,019,634 (6.6% of the issued ordinary share capital), comprising 2,168,534
ordinary shares in his own name, 576,492 and 274,608 ordinary shares
respectively in the names of The Corinne Fineman Accumulation and Maintenance
Trust and the Howard Gary Fineman Intestacy Trust. Mr Fineman is a trustee of
both these trusts and the shares are held for the benefit of members of the
Fineman family.

Separately, on 1 June 2005, S A Hedlund transferred 900,790 ordinary shares
registered in his own name, for nil consideration, into a trust fund. The
beneficiaries of the trust are Mr Hedlund's minor children and Mr Hedlund is a
trustee.

Following this transaction, Mr Hedlund's resultant interest in the Company's
shares is unchanged at 24,001,376 shares (52.1% of the issued ordinary share
capital) comprising 901,176 ordinary shares in his own name (including the
900,790 shares held in the trust referred to above) and 20,280,400 and 2,819,800
ordinary shares respectively in the names of Artistic AG and Malios AG,
companies incorporated in Switzerland and under the ultimate control of the
Hedlund family.
