Appointment of New Non-Executive Director
International Greetings plc are delighted to announce the appointment of Keith
James who joins as a Non-Executive Director on 2nd August 2004.
Anders Hedlund, Joint Chief Executive, commented: 'Keith has an extensive
background in domestic and international corporate law, and has recently retired
as Chairman of Eversheds LLP, one of the largest legal practices in Europe,
having for the past nine years overseen the company's international expansion
programme. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Admiral Insurance. His vast
experience in all aspects of business will be invaluable to International
Greetings during this important period of corporate growth in our business.
'Hugh Child, a Non-Executive Director since January 2002 is retiring from the
board, and we thank him for the considerable contribution he has made during
this time'.
