NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

IG Group Holdings plc (the "Company" or "IG") has been notified of the following transactions carried out by its directors in respect of IG's ordinary shares of 0.005p each (the "IG Shares").

On 31 October 2011:

Peter Hetherington exercised an option to acquire 55,179 IG Shares. Following this transaction, Peter Hetherington has an interest of 256,012 IG Shares.

Tim Howkins exercised an option to acquire 91,389 IG Shares in the Company. Following this transaction Tim Howkins has an interest in 3,891,389 IG Shares.

Andrew MacKay exercised an option to acquire 65,524 IG Shares in the Company. Following this transaction Peter Hetherington has an interest in 560,214 IG Shares.

This notice is being issued in pursuance of DTR 3.1.4R(1).
