IG Group Holdings plc (the "Company") was notified on 29 March 2012 of the following transaction carried out by a director in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares"):

On 29 March 2012 Stephen Hill, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 111,736 Ordinary Shares at a price of 444.15 pence per share.
