NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND OTHER PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMRs")

IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading, has been notified of the following transactions carried out by PDMRs in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each (the "Ordinary Shares").

Details are set out below and in the attached notification as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.

Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"): Exercise of par cost options and Sale of Shares

The Company was notified on 30^th November 2016 of the following exercises at nominal value, of options vesting under the LTIP and of the subsequent sale of shares on that date as set out in the table below:
