IG Group Holdings Plc, a global leader in online trading was notified on 7 March 2019 of the following transactions carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares") by  Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ( PDMRs).
