Following advice from Cantillon Capital Management LLC, the following amendments have been made to the 'Holding(s) in Company' announcement released on 23 February 2016 at 16.13 under RNS number 9202P.

In section 8A: "Voting rights attached to shares" for the situation previous to the triggering transaction, the number of voting rights should have been stated as 18,527,741 and the number of indirect voting rights should have been stated as 18,286,707. The percentage of indirect voting rights should have been stated as 4.99%.

In section 8, "Total (A+B+C) Number of voting rights" should have been stated as 18,286,707 and the percentage of voting rights should have been stated as 4.99%.

All other details remain unchanged.
