NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

IG Group Holdings plc (the "Company" or "IG") has been notified of the following transactions carried out by its directors in respect of IG's ordinary shares of 0.005p each (the "IG Shares").

On 22 October 2012:

Peter Hetherington exercised an option to acquire 13,693 IG Shares. Following this transaction, Peter Hetherington has an interest in 113,693 IG Shares.

Tim Howkins exercised an option to acquire 10,303 IG Shares. Following this transaction, Tim Howkins has an interest in 3,901,692 IG Shares.

This notice is being issued in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1).
