TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, IG Group Holdings plc (the "Company", "IG" or "IG Group") hereby notifies the market of the following:

There has been no change in the Company's issued share capital since the Total Voting Rights notification as at 28 February 2014.

The Company's issued share capital as at 31 March 2014 consists of 365,754,631 ordinary shares of 0.005p each, with voting rights.

The Company does not hold any of the ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 365,754,631 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
