TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SECURITIES

IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 1 August 2023, as announced on 2 August 2023:

Ordinary Shares

Date of purchase:	22 September 2023
Number of ordinary shares purchased:	310,242
Highest price paid per share:	647.00p
Lowest price paid per share:	639.50p
Volume weighted average price paid per share:	644.29p

IG Group intends to cancel the purchased shares. Following the cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 397,413,871.

Since 2 August 2023, IG Group has purchased 7,696,164 shares at a cost of £51,797,180.50 (excluding fees and taxes).
