IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from UBS AG London Branch ("UBS").

Highest price paid per share:						920p
Lowest price paid per share:						914p
Volume weighted average price paid per share:						915.9085p
IG Group intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 338,408 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 361,219,460 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Since 25 September 2024, IG Group has purchased 338,408 shares at a cost of £3,096,602 (excluding fees and taxes).
