Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
 

Ilika (AIM: IKA), a pioneer in solid-state battery technology, announces that on 29 July 2021 the executive directors exercised options over, in aggregate, 48,000 ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company ( "Ordinary Shares" ), which were previously awarded under the Company's bonus scheme, at an exercise price of one penny per Ordinary Share .

Accordingly, the Company has applied to the London Stock Exchange for 48,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ( "Admission" ). It is expected that Admission will occur at 8:00am on 3 August 2021.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 156,759,981 ordinary shares of one penny each and that number may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.  The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
