Total Voting Rights

Ilika plc (AIM: IKA), the advanced cleantech materials discovery company, announces that the Company's share capital consists of 36,573,359 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). The Company has no shares in Treasury and, therefore, the total number of voting rights in Ilika is 36,573,359.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, Ilika under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
