Granting of Share Options
Image Scan Holdings PLC (AIM: IGE) announces today that following the Board Meeting of 25th September 2006, Mr Nicholas
Fox, Dr Simon Godber, Mrs Louise George and Mr Robin Higgons, all being directors of the Company, have each been issued
100,000 share options under the "Image Scan Enterprise Management Incentives Share Option Plan".
Under the terms of the "Image Scan Enterprise Management Incentives Share Option Plan", the share options can not be
exercised before the 2nd October 2009 and will expire after 1st October 2016. The exercise price is £0.1825 (18.25
pence).

The share options were issued as part of the annual appraisal process following recommendations to the Board. A further
260,000 share options have been issued to staff members.
Chairman Peter Woods commented: "The Company is making very sound progress supported by excellent staff loyalty and
commitment. The EMI option scheme plays an important role in attracting and encouraging this commitment."

1. On 30th September 2005 Mr Nicholas Fox was granted 80,000 share options with an exercise price of 15p.
2. On 4th May 2000 Dr Simon Godber was granted 50,000 share options with an exercise price of 25p. On 1st May 2001 he
was granted 10,000 share options with an exercise price of 50p. On 14th March 2003 he was granted 20,000 share options
with an exercise price of 51.5p. On 30th September 2005 he was granted 80,000 share options with an exercise price of
15p.
3. On 14th March 2003 Mrs Louise George was granted 10,000 share options with an exercise price of 51.5p. On 30th
September 2005 she was granted 80,000 share options with an exercise price of 15p.
4. On 1st July 2006 Mr Robin Higgons was granted 80,000 share options with an exercise price of 24p.
