BOARD CHANGES
The Board of Image Scan, a leader in the field of real-time 3D and 2D x-ray
imaging for the 'Homeland Security' and 'Industrial Inspection' markets, today
announces two changes to the Company's Board.
The Company has appointed Jerry Horwood to the board as a Non-Executive
Director. Following a successful marketing career within the automotive
industry, Mr Horwood built up his own internet publishing company, 2nd Byte Ltd,
which was sold to the Guardian Media Group in 2006. Mr Horwood will be applying
his experience of marketing innovative businesses to developing further the
sales and marketing strategy and identifying appropriate market needs to which
the Company's technology can be applied.
Mr Horwood holds 750,000 shares in the Company which he was allotted at a price
of 8p per share on 9th November 2007 and he has been awarded options over a
further 750,000 shares with an exercise price of 10p and a 3 year vesting
period.
Simon Godber, the Technical Director, has resigned from the Board with immediate
effect, but will work as an employee until 30th November, and will continue to
advise Image Scan as a consultant going forward. Future development of the
Company's technology will be the responsibility of Image Scan's Chief
Technologist.

The following further disclosures are required in respect of the appointment of
Jeremy Arthur Horwood, aged 53. Mr Horwood is currently a director of 10ACT
Ltd. and has been a director in the last 5 years of Faxpress Limited, 2nd Byte
Limited, Enovate Limited and Autonet Media Limited.
Mr Horwood was Marketing Director (and the largest creditor) of Tome Associates
Ltd., an online search systems developer, which was placed into voluntary
liquidation in 1991. There were no external creditors.
There are no further disclosures required to be made pursuant to Schedule 2 (g)
of the AIM Rules.
