Notification of Interests
It was announced by Image Scan Holding plc on 18th February 2003 that Professor
Max Robinson, a founder shareholder unconnected with the company since May 2000,
had sold his shareholding of 2,560,000 ordinary shares of Image Scan Holdings
plc. The shares were placed to a mixture of existing and new institutional
shareholders as well as private investors and the sale represented 15.75% of the
issued ordinary share capital.
The company has subsequently received the following notifications of interest
