 IMAGE SCAN HOLDINGS PLC ANNOUNCES INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH ICM

              For Advanced X-Ray Bomb and Suspect Package Detection


Image Scan has signed an international distribution agreement with Belgian based Industrial Control Machines SA covering
the sale of Image Scan's new TPXi security equipment across regions in Europe and the Middle East.

TPXi is a portable bomb and suspect package detection system based on the company's advanced x-ray imaging technology.
Although it was only launched late last year, the system has already generated early orders in excess of £220,000,
including multiple units bought by the British Transport Police.  As well as
being ultra-slim, lightweight and practical for use in the field, its advanced technology offers best-in-class image
quality which enables the operator to identify more easily what is in a suspect package.
