Potential 6.5km Long Mineralized Zone identified in Prospecting Licence 2551

IMC is pleased to announce additional encouraging results from the most recent drilling programme in Wexford Licence PL2551.
A further mineralized gold zone has been identified in Hole 12-2551-06 over a 6.80m interval (52.20m - 59.00m), including 2.05m @ 0.23g/t, 0.50m @ 6.43g/t and 1.00m @ 0.23g/t.

This Hole is 500m along strike to the south-west of Hole 12-2551-02 (previously reported on 20 September 2012) and which intersected excellent gold and base metal values.

These positive results in Hole 12-2551-06 open up a previously unexplored area of up to 6.5km strike length between Holes 12-2551-02 and 12-2551-04 with mineralized Hole 12-2551-06 situated in between. This represents a potential mineralized zone along strike to the south-western end of the licence, where significant gold mineralization in Hole 12-2551-04 included a core interval from 11.50 to 13.00m that yielded 354g/t gold (=11.38oz/t) and was previously reported on 12 December 2012.

IMC will continue its comprehensive exploration programme over this unexplored area during the coming months in order to further define the extent of the mineralized zone.
