IMI plc announces change of Company Secretary
IMI plc announces that following 33 years with the Company, and 24 years as Group Legal Director and Company Secretary, John O'Shea will be stepping down from his role on 22 July 2021. John will remain with the Company until the end of August 2021 to assist with the transition.
The Board is pleased to announce that Louise Waldek has been appointed to succeed John as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, with effect from 22 July. Louise will become a member of the Executive Committee.
Louise joins from Victrex plc where she has been General Counsel and Company Secretary since 2018. Prior to this, Louise held positions as in-house counsel with Speedy Hire Plc and United Utilities Group Plc and was in private practise as a solicitor with DLA Piper LLP.
