               IMI completes the acquisition of Kloehn Company Ltd

IMI plc, the major international engineering group, is pleased to announce that,
following receipt of regulatory clearances, the acquisition of Kloehn Company
Ltd, first announced on 23 May, was completed on 29 June 2007. Kloehn, a leading
US provider of specialist pumping and fluid handling systems for the medical
sector, becomes part of IMI's Fluid Power business, Norgren.
