IMI plc Executive Directors and Business Presidents - dealings in shares of IMI Plc

IMI 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan aka the IMI Performance Share Plan. 

I hereby notify you that on 14 May 2008 the following persons, exercised the award of Performance Shares granted to them on 13 May 2005, which vested on 13 May 2008 at 50% of maximum according to performance conditions ascribed to the awards on grant. The vested portion of the awards was increased to represent dividends on those shares which would have been paid on a cumulative basis over the three-year vesting period. The awards were granted as nil cost options (except those marked with an asterisk, which were granted as deferred share awards for nil consideration). The sale price of the shares sold was 517.844p per share:
