Grant of options under the IMI Sharesave Plan

On 9 April 2009, under the terms of the IMI Sharesave Plan, the following directors were granted options to buy ordinary shares in the Company at an option price of 201.36p per share.  The savings contracts will commence on 1 August 2009.
