Pursuant to Section 329 of the Companies Act 1985 I hereby notify you that Mr M
J Lamb, a Director of this Company, undertook a matched sale and purchase in
relation to 5,000, shares already owned by Mr Lamb, to transfer them into an
existing single company PEP. The matched transactions were effected on 15/16
March. The sale was at 217p per share and the purchase was at 218p per share.
