Pursuant to Section 329 of the Companies Act 1985 I hereby notify you that Mr M
J Lamb, a Director of this Company, today undertook a matched sale and purchase
in relation to 575 shares already owned by Mr Lamb, to transfer them into an
existing single company PEP.  The sale was at 249 1/4p per share and the
purchase was at 251p per share.
