IMI PLC, Directors Shareholding announcement released today at 15:23 under
RNS No 3054D.
The Directors Shareholding should read:
2112 Ordinary shares and not 5491 Ordinary shares as previously shown.
The price should be 213 pence per share and not 280 pence per share as
previously shown.

of 2112 Ordinary shares in IMI Plc under the IMI SAYE Share Option (1994)
Scheme. The subscription price was 213 pence per share.
