Voting Rights and Share Capital as at 30 November 2023

On Tuesday 28 November 2023, 600,000 ordinary shares were transferred out of treasury for nil consideration to the trustee of the IMI Employee Benefit Trust. Following the transfer, IMI plc currently holds 13,648,836 ordinary shares in Treasury.

IMI plc's current issued share capital consists of 275,112,971 ordinary shares.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 261,464,135.

The above figure (261,464,135) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
